Building a spares pool

Work it out from device count, not from budget. If you run twelve battery-powered devices, hold twelve spare cells and rotate them. That sounds like over-provisioning until the first time a nurse call trigger at a remote work face goes flat on a Friday afternoon. A device off the wall isn't an alert point, and a system with gaps in it isn't the system described in your emergency plan.Tell us your device count and we'll price the spares pool with the hardware.
