Emergency Downlight – White

Emergency Downlight, White Spitfire

Fit this emergency downlight, the White Spitfire, into a ceiling where a black or dark fitting would stand out. It mounts with a flex cable and plug. No electrician is needed if an existing socket sits in the roof space.Function matches the black Spitfire exactly. Only the finish changes.A lithium battery holds the fitting in emergency mode for 2 hours after mains failure. Rated LED life is 50,000 hours. The body carries a D40 photometric classification under AS/NZS 2293.1, the standard a lighting designer uses to calculate fitting spacing. The IP20 rating and fire resistant material suit dry indoor ceiling voids. Design and manufacture follow AS/NZS 2293.3.Warranty runs 3 years. Compare this against the black Spitfire for a dark ceiling. Check the surface mount black downlight instead for a ceiling with no existing socket, where hardwiring suits the job better.
