Customise your own Safety Trolley

Build a Custom Safety Trolley with us

Specify a custom safety trolley around the equipment your site carries, not a fixed catalogue mix. Checkpoint builds the frame, cabinet and fittings to your enquiry.

Base categories:

• First aid trolleys, for kits, eyewash stations and treatment supplies
• Spill kit trolleys, for absorbents, PPE and containment gear
• Fire safety trolleys, for extinguishers, signage and alarm hardware
• Combined builds mixing any of the above on one frame

Steel construction and solid rubber wheels carry across every configuration. Choose a cabinet or run the frame open. Add a tamper switch where the build connects to a Cygnus or Orisent wireless alarm.Match the configuration to hazards you have already identified. Safe Work Australia sets out a standard hazard identification process. The equipment mix on your trolley should trace back to that assessment rather than a generic packing list.Several standard configurations already exist in the range. These include the first aid trolley in green, the spill response trolley in yellow, the rail corridor trolley in orange, and the pre-built fire and spill first responder stations. Order directly from one of those if it fits your site. Use this custom option when your equipment mix, quantities or site conditions fall outside those builds.Submit your requirements through the enquiry form and Checkpoint will return a build specification and a price.
