Checkpoint’s Contribution to Safety
Safety and efficiency are at the forefront of Checkpoint Group’s involvement in the Hotel Lindrum redevelopment. To support the construction and future operational needs of this 30-storey development, Checkpoint has supplied:
- 29 Nurse Call Units: Strategically installed to ensure fast, reliable communication during emergencies, prioritising the safety of workers while in Construction.
- Safety Stations: Comprehensive stations equipped with essential first aid kits and fire safety equipment, positioned throughout the site to enhance emergency readiness.
These systems are designed to meet the high standards of Kapitol Group and align with the project’s commitment to creating a safe and secure environment.
About the Hotel Lindrum Redevelopment
The redevelopment of Hotel Lindrum includes:
- 77 hotel rooms, complemented by a level-one restaurant and premium guest facilities.
- 36 two-bedroom, 12 four-bedroom, 12 one-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and shared amenities.
- 10,008 sq. m of office space and 150 sq. m of retail/dining facilities.
- Shared facilities such as a swimming pool, external gardens, and common circulation areas.

This project is due to be completed Q1 2027.
